Virtual Assistant Needed – Apply Now. We are looking for a highly motivated, talented and experienced Virtual Assistant to join Drop Studio’s agency.

The role would suit a highly skilled Virtual Assistant, looking for progression and an opportunity to develop their career further through supporting the lead generation team in their day-to-day duties.

The Role:

The focus of this role entails specifically on writing and sending tailored emails as well as assisting with other admin tasks, quality checking documents, traffic management of teams, organisation, and research projects. Working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high standard of work within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include:

Research project sprints

Research target firms/ businesses prior to sending sequence emails

Drafting and sending sequence emails to targeted firms/ businesses

Supporting with day to day planning and operations

Traffic management and creating work schedules

Supporting with report preparation

Connecting with teams to gather data

Hubspot experience with targeted sequences preferred

Zoom Info search experience preferred
