Venue Manager – Stellenbosch Wine Farm
Educational Requirements: Grade 12
Relevant Qualification will be advantageous
Personal Attributes:
Attention to detail
Punctual and accurate
Responsible and honest
Thorough and proactive
Must be prepared to work odd hours (weekends and evenings)
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
Must be 25+ years of age
Must be proficient in Afrikaans & English
Must be Computer literate
Must have own transport & driver’s license
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage regular client communication.
Ensure venues are cleaned in and around venue as according to the staff roster.
Managing and training a Junior Planner.
Manage budgets,
Manage and supervise quality control during functions.
Ensure pre-set targets attained i.e. sell and
promote venue.Manage and supervise viewings of
clients, etc.
Salary:
R20 000 – R25 000 Depending on experience

This position reports to the Estate Manager and
Executive Function Manager.
