COVID-19 infections rise in 10-14 age group, govt concerned over vaccinations dip

The number of 10 to 14-year-olds testing positive for COVID-19 is rising.
Health Minister, Joe Phaahla, says this is very concerning.
Phaahla explained that scientists initially believed it was related to the reopening of schools, but he says the surge is not abating.
Meanwhile, the government is worried about the dip in vaccination numbers.
It’s particularly concerned about 18 to 35-year-old men.
DDG, Nicholas Crisp, says there’s still a long way to go to reach herd immunity.
He warns COVID-19 is not gone and is still killing people.
