Update: Nicolas Cage Fights with wife Erika Koike hours After Wedding, Annulment Based on Fraud. According to TMZ, the two were seen in a heated argument before and after the wedding.
7:05 AM PT — We just got Nic’s annulment docs, and they are really something. He says he and Erika were wasted when they decided to get hitched. Nic says, “[Erika] suggested to [Nic] that they should marry, [Nic] reacted on impulse and without the ability to recognize or understand the full impact of his actions.”
He goes on to say the marriage was a fraud because she didn’t disclose “the full nature and extent of her relationship with another person.” He also says she didn’t disclose her criminal history.
And, he justifies the annulment by saying they had “such conflict in personalities and dispositions that are so deep as to render the two incompatible in marriage.”
3/29 6:30 AM PT — We got photos of Nic and Erika Saturday night — hours after they got married — leaving the Bellagio hotel, and clearly not happy with each other. Eyewitnesses say she was yelling at him.
Things were heated up even before the wedding…
