Heightened fear among University of Fort Hare staff

Employees of Fort Hare University have had to live through murders, assassination attempts, kidnappings, torture, and death threats.

The University’s management has decided to root out corruption at the institution, and this has left employees fearing for their lives.

One of them spoke to eNCA on condition of anonymity, wondering who could be next, on the hit list.
