The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating clinical practice and resources within the unit to achieve the company and the hospital objectives of quality growth and people.

Leading/ People management skills
Candidate Requirements
Job requirements:
Grade 12
Degree/ Diploma in general nursing
Must be registered with SANC
Certified qualification in the specialist discipline is essential
Must be ICU qualified
2 years + experience in ICU
Proven leadership and people management skill would be an advantage
Understanding of a private health care industry
Drivers licence and availability to travel
Computer proficiency
