South Africa’s unemployment rate declines to 23.3%

SA’s unemployment rate has declined to 23.3% in the second quarter from 30.1% previously.
Officially, 4.3 million people are unemployed.
Under the expanded definition of unemployment, which includes people no longer looking for work, the unemployment rate is 42%.
That puts the number of people out of work at 10.3 million.
