Call to vaccinate undocumented migrants

There are calls to vaccinate all migrants whether they have documentation or not.

Currently, only those with a valid ID, passport or asylum document can register.

The Consortium for Refugees and Migrants in South Africa says the Health Department must fulfill its obligation to provide health care to all.
