WATCH: Woman shot in the face in Umhlanga parking garage, KZN
A Durban woman is in hospital following a shocking shooting at a mall in Umhlanga, KZN. The woman was reportedly shot in the neck at a mall in Umhlanga.
Police spokeswoman Lieutenant-Colonel Nqobile Gwala said the incident happened on Sunday, 27 February.
“Police responded to a report of a shooting at a hotel in Umhlanga. Upon their arrival at the said place, the 25-year-old victim had been rushed to hospital after sustaining a gunshot wound to the neck,” Gwala said.
The woman then opens the back door and starts fiddling with something inside the car when she shockingly drops to the ground.
Following that, the woman stands up with blood dripping on the floor and she runs away from the car passing what looks like a cop car.
