Mpumalanga: Yesterday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to a collision on the R545 in Phola, Nkangela.
Reports indicate that two vehicles were involved in a collision.
Medics assessed the scene and found that one person had sustained serious injuries, another sustained minor injury and sadly one person was found deceased.
All the injured were treated on scene before being transported to the hospital.
