Two die after a wall collapse in KwaMashu

Two people have died after a wall collapsed on a home in KwaMashu. Emergency services spent nine hours digging through rubble trying to find people underneath.
According to Mbele, the wall collapsed while the men were sleeping. The bodies were found under debris and have since been identified as 28-year-old Simo Mkhize and 25-year-old Nathi Mbatha. At 11:23 on Thursday morning, Mbele said the crime scene was still active.
According to reports, a mudslide led to the wall collapse which essentially damaged two homes. Mbele, however, could not confirm this.
