Two dead in alleged domestic dispute
KwaZulu-Natal: Early Monday morning, Netcare 911 responded to a shooting at a residence in Hambanathi in the Tongaat area, North of Durban.
Reports indicate that two people had sustained gunshot wounds. On scene were the Tongaat SAPS, Reaction Unit South Africa RUSA and IPSS Medical.
The first patient, an adult female, had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was treated on scene, then rushed through to hospital where she sadly succumbed to her injuries.
The second patient, an adult male, had sustained a single gunshot wound to his head and was declared deceased on the scene.
Circumstances leading up to the shooting will be determined by the relevant authorities.
