DESCRIPTION
A field associate will join Kumon Education SA’s Parkwood Centre.
The role will entail working in a Kumon centre to fully understand and experience the Kumon method and Kumon business. Working within a Kumon centre will require one-on-one work with students from toddlers up to adults. The role also involves the operational running and management of the Kumon centre.
Once training and evaluation period has been completed, Kumon Education SA (Pty) Ltd will then decide what role within the organization is suitable based on performance strength and skills.
We are looking for individuals who possess the following:
Passion for education and working with children.
Professional manner.
Enthusiasm for learning and development.
Great communication skills (written and verbal).
Experience and or working knowledge within education and a practical understanding of franchise business would be advantageous but is not essential.

Strong ability in Maths and English is essential. Not negotiable.
Good presentation and training skills.
