Residents gear up for #TshwaneShutdown
Thousands of disgruntled residents are set to take to the streets in a bid to implement a shutdown in Tshwane on Monday.
Residents are complaining of poor service delivery, high electricity rates and the lack of sanitation and clean drinking water.
They are expected to gather and march to the Union Buildings.
A number of people have already been arrested as the Tshwane Metro Police Department (TMPD) continue to monitor the area.
