Tshwane to investigate acts of sabotage – Randall Williams

City of Tshwane mayor Randall Willaims says acts of sabotage are being investigated.

This is after residents in parts of Tshwane have been without power for days.

The mayor says technicians are working around the clock to restore power to affected areas.
