Tshwane service delivery in limbo

The Mayor of the Capital City Cilliers Brink says he will be meeting with the Gauteng Cogta MEC Mzi Khumalo to discuss the future of Tshwane.
This comes after the municipality missed three deadlines to pass the adjustment budget despite being granted two extensions by the provincial government.
The City has only managed to pass the City’s Draft Budget and Integrated Development Plan.
Brink however is optimistic that Tshwane will not be placed under administration for now.
