Transport Minister slams ongoing truck attacks

Transport Minister Sindisiwe Chikunga has expressed grave concern over the spate of attacks targeting trucks.

A total of eight heavy-duty vehicles have been torched in KwaZulu-Natal over the past three days – the highest in the country.

Mpumalanga and Gauteng haven’t been spared, with several incidents reported.

The minister says this criminality won’t be tolerated.
