Bathabile Dlamini trial postponed again

Former Social Development Minister Bathabile Dlamini’s trial has been postponed again.

Magistrate Betty Khumalo has rolled over the matter to Friday.

She says the state must ensure it secures the outstanding witness.

Dlamini pleaded not guilty to the charges against her on Wednesday.

She is facing perjury charges for allegedly providing false evidence during an inquiry into the social grants crisis.
