Travis Scott Makes Fun Of His Arrest With Mugshot Edit

Travis Scott has made it clear that he is unfazed by his recent arrest for disorderly intoxication and trespassing in Florida. The Houston rapper was reportedly held at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center in Miami-Dade County in the early hours of Thursday morning (June 20). Soon after, his mugshot began making the rounds online.

In anticipation of the memes that would ensue, the “90210” hitmaker shared an alteration of said image on his Instagram Story soon after it surfaced. In the edit, he can be seen wearing sunglasses with wired earphones in a manner reminiscent of LeBron James‘ heavily memed 2016 interview with ESPN.

Check it out below:

The Miami Beach Police Department said Scott was arrested at 1:17 a.m. for inappropriate behavior on a charter boat at the Miami Beach Marina. Law enforcement officials told WSVN 7 News that he was arrested after refusing to leave the boat.

“He was drunk, causing a disturbance, and asked to leave multiple times,” police officers said about the incident.

He was apparently getting off the boat when the owner requested that he leave, due to which he reportedly “became irate screaming profanities, left and returned to disturb some more.”

The 33-year-old was released on a $650 bond: $500 for the trespass charge and $150 for disorderly intoxication.

Shortly after news about the arrest went public, the rapper and singer took to X (formerly Twitter) and succinctly wrote: “Lol.”
