Provide, advise on best travel options and routing
Ascertain clients’ needs and advise suitable packages and services and company approval framework
Prepare and process quotes within the prescribed time frame
Follow up on all quotes
Build long term professional relationships with clients resulting in repeat business
Book all flights, accommodation and car hire services (domestic, regional and international)
Advise clients regarding all travel requirements, such as visa’s; passports; health requirements; travel insurance etc.
Process entire booking for a client, including special requirements
Issuing of all necessary documentation i.e. Quicktrav invoicing Creating itinerary for a client
Ability to cope well under pressure
Ability to meet sales targets
