Clarity on e-tolls expected soon – Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula

South Africans could get more clarity about e-tolls after the Budget Speech. This according to Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula, who says he’s in constant contact with Treasury about the issue.
The Transport Department will also be meeting with all provinces about the delays and challenges contributing to the slow fixing of potholes and building of roads.
Mbalula says government is looking at the options and economic impact.
He has labelled statements suggesting that he said e-tolls would not be scrapped as mischievous and malicious.
