Transnet executive continues testimony at #Statecaptureinquiry

Transnet finance executive, Yousuf Laher, will continue his testimony before the state capture inquiry on Thursday.

Laher was part of a team that worked on two controversial tenders, one for over 1,000 trains and another for 100 locomotives. Laher was implicated by former colleague Francis Callard.

Callard told the commission that Laher asked him to draft a memorandum to increase the cost of the locomotives. Laher is expected to respond to the allegations..
