ANC MP Tina Joemat-Pettersson’s death surrounded by mystery

As tributes continue to pour in for ANC MP and former Energy Minister Tina Joemat-Pettersson, those who know her well have rubbished the claims against her.

Joemat-Pettersson and two other MPs have been accused of extortion by suspended Public Protector, Busisiwe Mkhwebane’s husband.

She died at her Cape Town home on Monday aged 59.
