Tik Tok’s top 10 Amapiano songs for 2021
Tik Tok has successfully exposed people across the globe to more South African sounds, however, it’s undoubting that Amapiano took over this year, 2021.
The prominence of yano on the aforementioned social media platform can’t be denied and it’s also elevated the South African Dance industry, as people tried learning mzansi dance moves.
Speaking of this hot genre, Tik Tok applauded its impact.
“Amapiano has taken the world by storm and not only kept the country dancing but has transcended the world giving South Africa its well-deserved supreme musical recognition with over 1.6 billion views on TikTok.”
Interestingly, Amapiano music producers did their best, by taking songs from other genre and remixing it into a yano version, and guess what, these producers nailed it.
Even the popular South Korean series, Squid Game theme song got re-birthed by these yano producers and it became one of Tik Tok’s major trend few months ago.
