Tweeps uncover more proof that Thuli Phongolo and DJ Maphorisa are dating – Photos
Popular actress and club DJ Thuli Phongolo’s love life has undoubtedly piqued the interest of many in 2021. Phongolo has been romantically linked to several famous men, including Duduzane Zuma and Master KG and has previously hinted at being in a rocky relationship with a mystery man. But, there’s an image now doing the rounds on social media, which might confirm what the streets have been saying all along – that her guy is in fact Amapiano record producer DJ Maphorisa.
Thanks to South Africa’s self-appointed social media detectives who always seem to have a knack for a juicy story, people are almost certain that Maphorisa and Thuli Phongolo cosily ushered in the New Year together (or maybe not). A nosy social media user managed to take screen shots from Instagram, showing pictures taken by Maphorisa and Thuli P – clearly in the same bedroom.

Back in November, Phongolo addressed those dating rumours once again after some of her Instagram posts prompted more speculation about a secret romance with Maphorisa. Some even suggested she may even be seeing fellow musician Mr JazziQ after she shared snaps with him at an event that was hosted by Riky Rick.
“‘Thuli P is not dating anyone or with anyone in anyway…’ – Lord let the truth be heard,” the former Generations: The Legacy star said on Twitter. Both Phongolo and Maphorisa became the talk of Twitter after a video clip of them looking rather cosy, went viral on the blue bird app.
Even JazziQ took it upon himself to address the rumour, saying they were just friends.
“This past week I’ve posted a picture with Thuli P and it was going crazy. It was just a picture. Me and Thuli are just mates,” he said in an interview posted on YouTube by The Journalist DJ
