Thuli Madonsela: Corruption destroys everything

The Law Trust Research Chairperson Professor Thuli Madonsela is calling on the powers that be to re-look at anti-corruption policies.

She says corruption is destroying the country. Madonsela is participating in the Constitution Conference taking place in Midrand.

She said: “the other thing that we have to fix is corruption. Corruption does not cause inequality but it does exacerbate inequality.”

“Corruption, including state capture, destroys everything, and it is not just procurement, corruption also boils down to what policies do you prioritize.”
