The car that killed Free State MEC Tate Makgoe – Pics. The MEC’s official vehicle is said to have collided with three cows.
Makgoe’s protector was with him and was also killed. The driver has been rushed to hospital.
Makgoe led the Education department to achieve the best matric results in the country for the past four years.
