Tenant Vetting Administrator required urgently: Salary R10 000 to R15 000 per month

HouseME is looking for an independent and diligent worker to add to our vibrant customer service team by vetting prospective tenants for long-term residential leases.

We are an ambitious technology company, operating in the rentals property market and located in the city centre. We are looking for someone passionate about great customer service to assist tenants complete their applications and do an affordability assessment.

Responsibilities include:

Follow up on incomplete applications
Assisting tenants understand the document requirements
Review documents submitted and give feedback for tenants on their application/financial status
Confirming employment details
Improve onboarding processes
Mediate between clients and the organisation
Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints
Aid in product design and product development feedback
Tenant success officer requirements

Previous experience in customer service
Previous experience in financial products/affordability calculations
Highly organized and able to multi-task
Self-driven and proactive nature
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate leadership qualities
High computer literacy and ability to learn new software
Patient and active listener
Passion for service
Remuneration

Between 10,000 – R15,000 per month depending on experience
Plus monthly performance incentive
