REQUIREMENTS:

Matric (tertiary qualification advantageous)

2 – 4 years Reception experience

Well-groomed and very articulate

Bilingual in English and Afrikaans

Proficient in MS Word and Excel

DUTIES:

Handling a small switchboard professionally

First point of contact for all clients and suppliers

Daily invoicing

Manage queries on invoices and statements

Dealing with telephonic and email queries

Liaise with courier services online and telephonically re collections and deliveries

Ordering and managing all stationery requirements

Liaise with service providers

Strong filing skills

Ability to problem solve and deal with enquiries
