Promptly answer calls, emails and provide customers with quotations
Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Provide customers with product specifications and technical assistance as needed
Place sales orders and maintain delivery arrangements

Explaining and promoting the product to prospective clients
Planning targets and assisting proposal writing
Assisting sales executives to achieve their sales targets with all aspects of sales process

Candidate Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
Matric
Sales and Marketing qualification would be added as advantage
+2 years’ experience in telesales within the ICT industry
Skills and Knowledge:
Confident and friendly telephone manner
Accurate data inputting skills
Excellent time management skills
Tenacious approach
Self-motivated attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident and professional
ICT industry knowledge
Computer knowledge, specifically MS office applications
