An effective Telemarketer representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products and services over the phone to clients.
The goal is to help the practice grow its customer base by bringing in customers and developing business, as well as managing the daily administrative activities of the specific department as part of future self-development.
To qualify for the position you will need the following:
Matric Qualification
Computer Literacy (Word, excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Telephone etiquette
Must be able to work under pressure
Must be able to meet targets & deadlines set
Telemarketing experience in the short-term insurance industry may be advantageous.
Basic salary and incentive structure available for this position.
