Family blames friends for teenager’s death

Residents and the youth of Site C in Khayelitsha say they live in fear as incidents of murder and rape are becoming a norm.

Earlier this month, Sikelelwa Mona(18) was allegedly drugged, s.e.xually assaulted and killed.

On Thursday, police and correctional services officials joined community structures and residents who took to the streets to march against crime.
