Switchboard Operator/Receptionist
We are currently recruiting for a Switchboard Operator/Receptionist for our client specializing in Property Investment which will be based in Durbanville, Cape Town. The successful candidate should with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric.
Essential: 2+ years’ experience as a Switchboard Operator/ Receptionist.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operating of the switchboard which will include answering calls, taking messages as well as general reception duties.
Any further duties as requested from time to time.
Maintaining a high level of customer service.
Arrange meetings and manage diaries.
Attending to bulk mailing and social media campaigns.
Inviting and confirming attendees for show houses.
Manage general and service inquiries.
General office assistance.
Booking of all meeting rooms.
Maintain and update CRM daily.
Keeping reception area neat and tidy.
