Police say three people have died in what they suspect to be a love triangle at Westernburg township near Polokwane, Limpopo. The deceased include two police officers who are said to be a couple and a former police officer.
Police say according to information, the couple drove to the place of the man who was suspected of having an affair with the female officer.
Upon arrival at the victim’s residence, the husband pulled out a firearm and fired at him. His wife tried to escape but the husband shot and killed her.
The man later turned the gun on himself. Police have confirmed the incident saying details will be released later.
