ANC temporarily suspends Supra Mahumapelo
Former North West premier Supra Mahumapelo‘s ANC membership has been temporarily suspended.
The party’s Interim Provincial Committee (IPC) says it is waiting for the outcome of disciplinary proceedings. Mahumapelo was expected to appear before the IPC on Wednesday.
The former premier and the acting provincial ANC Women’s League Secretary, Bitsa Lekonpane, are accused of sowing division.

If found guilty, Mahumapelo could be recalled from Parliament.
