Requirements:
> Grade 12 – Matric
> PSIRA Grade A Registered
> Must be Physically fit and able to conduct on-the-job training
> Valid Driver’s license – (3 years driving experience)
> Firearm Competency – (Hand Gun and Shot Gun) an Rifle an advantage
> NKP Training an advantage
> Ability to work under pressure
> Must be able to do planning and handle complaints and maintain discipline on site.
> Good communication and employee relations skills.
> Ability to ensure all operational structures are in place.
> Ability to liaise at all levels and resolve problems.
> Ability to identify employee training needs.
> Knowledge of LRA & Sectorial Determination Act and Skills Development Act.
> Report writing skills and experience in Investigation an advantage.
