ANC Eastern Cape interdict bid struck off the roll

An urgent court application to interdict the ANC Eastern Cape Elective Conference has been struck off the roll.
Litigants claimed irregularities occurred in the run up to the conference.
They also allege that branches in the WB Rubusana Metro registered for the conference despite an April court order preventing this.
Judge Justin Laing struck the case off the roll with costs.
