Our client in the Retail Industry requires the service of a Store Replenishment Analyst to assist the Senior Store Replenishment Analyst by analysing data and providing integrated and accurate feedback to enable the replenishment function to embed a customer-centric culture.

Relationship management
Stock level analysis
Stock reporting
Quarterly stock trend analysis
Meeting customer expectations
Stock availability assurance
Compliance assurance
Data tracking and analysis
Feedback to replenishment function
Support the replenishment function
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate must have:
Matric with a degree in Business Sciences (Operational Research/ Stats / Quantative Management / MSC/ Industrial Engineering)
Post Graduate degree in Business Sciences / Supply Chain will be advantageous
1 year retail / operational experience
Knowledge of the functions that support supply chain will be an advantage
Knowledge of the 4Ps model (Product, Price, Promotion, Place)
Knowledge of FMCG / perishables stock handling principles (includes cold chain)
Supply chain knowledge
Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and of food safety and hygiene
Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Must be computer literate
Ability to cope under pressure
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Attention to detail
