Store Manager required for Shoe Boutique store
Previous store management experience – min 3 years
Managed a minimum of 3 employees
Strong leadership skills – able to handle staff conflict, customer complaints, discipline etc.
Physically strong and able to carry cartons, climb up and down ladders
Must have a hands on approach to management – we are not looking for a delegator. The store requires a manager who is willing and able to do all functions within store operations – housekeeping, admin, merchandising, sales, stock control
Must have good merchandising skills
Must be organised and disciplined in approach to work
Must have excellent communication skills – both english and afrikaans
Must have a passion for working within a fashion environment
Must be able to handle pressure well
Must be able to run the store with ‘this is my own business’ mentality – know the product, get to know the customers – build a loyal customer base.
Able to work retail hours and weekends / public holidays.
