Stock Controller Assistant urgently needed: APPLY HERE

We are looking for a detail orientated individual to assist the Stock Controller based at our head office in Paarden Eiland.

Key Responsibilities

To support the Stock Controller in maintaining an accurate stock master file which is key to providing meaningful reporting to the executive team
Reviewing cost and selling price adjustment reports and making recommendations to the Stock Controller for pricing updates and identifying GRV errors
Generating stock reports from the reporting system and providing summarized analysis to assist the operations and planning teams
Assisting the Stock Controller with capturing stock take adjustments and reviewing the outcome of stock takes to identify any trends or areas of concern
Reviewing negative stock reports submitted by the stores and putting through stock adjustments to correct their stock holdings
Setting up promotional campaigns in the system
Stock file updates and maintenance to ensure accurate detailed reporting
Synchronizing stock files of stores which have been acquired to match the company master file

Qualifications, personal traits and experience

High attention to detail
Advanced excel skills
Matric with Maths or Accounting Higher Grade a requirement
University degree in commerce or sciences advantageous
Strong numerical literacy
Team Player
