One of South Africa’s high performing, technology led providers of customer management collection solutions is looking for Credit Consultants on a fixed term basis to review all relevant documentation for account applications and to determine the applicant’s income as well as evaluate whether the credit management requirements are met.
Technical and Behavioural
Advanced MS Office package (Powerpoint, Excel and Word)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to set high standards of quality and monitor own productivity, aligned to policies and procedures
Team player
Excellent written skills, writes in a clear, well-structured and logical way
Excellent verbal skills, clear, understandable, appropriate tone, probes for further information for greater understanding of a problem
Attention to detail is essential
Manages time effectively
Focuses on customer needs and satisfaction
Works productively in a pressurised environment
Minimum Requirements:
Matric with Mathematics or Accounting essential
3 Year degree or currently studying towards a 3 year degree advantageous
1-2 Years’ experience in Credit Management involving client portfolio management
1 Year customer service experience in Credit Management
FAIS accreditation advantageous
