STOCK CONTROLLER wanted: Salary R14 000 per month
- Balance stock monthly to Pastel and Filemaker Pro
- Capture local orders and manage until stock is delivered successfully to the prospective warehouses
- Obtain quotations from various transporters for 3rd party deliveries/collections
- Manage and process all Stock Transfers between warehouses
- Process GRN’s for stock transfers
- Process GRN’s on Pastel and Filemaker Pro for all incoming stock
- Capture Indent orders on Filemaker Pro
- Capture Credit notes on Filemaker Pro
- Manage stock returns to suppliers
- Capture forward orders & contracts on Filemaker Pro
- Manage and ensure that all COA’s are correct and captured on our internal system
- Capture traceability for both Durban & CT deliveries
- Obtain POD’s from 3rd party warehouses, Durban & CT
- Process purchase orders and manage local procurement from select suppliers. Apply Now
