Company seeking a leader who works systematically and who has experience with Pilot software to join their team and take full responsibility of the stock department.
Duties:
Placing of weekly stock orders based on sale projections and bookings, and following up with various suppliers .
Ensure that all items are correctly listed on Pilot and maintain all aspects of Pilot.
Weekly stock counts must be done, and stock variances must be explained.
Other departments drawing stock must be authorized and then record must be kept of the stock drawn.
Provide weekly reporting on over spend, wastage, shortages, etc.
You will directly report to the Financial Manager and comply with any duties delegated to you by the Managing Director or Financial Manager.
You will control the spares stock and record all movement.
Processing returns to suppliers.
Quantifying expired Stock.
You will be required to work some weekends during the month of December.
Above will be the main focus areas of this position but you are not limited to these.

Required Skills:
stocktaking : 1 to 2 years
pilot software : 1 to 2 years
Candidate Requirements:
Have a minimum of 3 years stock control experience.
Be able to use and manage the Pilot software system.
Must have strong personality.
Able to manage staff.
Must have sober habits, be diligent.
Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally, telephonically and via email.
Strong administrative skills.
Committed, reliable and able to meet deadlines.
Problem solver and logical.
Ability to prioritize.
Must be computer literate and tech savvy.
