#StateCaptureInquiry continues with SAA-related testimony

The State Capture Inquiry will continue hearing testimony from former SAA board member, Yakhe Kwinana. Monday was a tough day for Inquiry chair, Raymond Judge Zondo.

As he had to, at times, plead with the witness to listen to questions before answering.

Kwinana’s lawyer accused evidence leader Kate Hofmeyr of bias.

The former board member is accused of trying to solicit a 1-hundred million rand kickback from a US company to influence a tender process.
