Outa takes court action over State of Disaster

The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse is concerned that government may use the national state of disaster to justify emergency contracts with Karpowership.
Outa is challenging the Karpowership generation licences in court.
The organization is also heading to court to overturn the national state of disaster over the energy crisis.
President Cyril Ramaphosa declared the state of disaster during the State of the Nation Address.

The funeral of rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes will not be live-streamed or televised. This as the family of the late rapper asked for privacy to bid him farewell.
