Cyril Ramaphosa: National state of disaster will end soon

The National State of Disaster will end soon according to President Cyril Ramaphosa during his address at the National Union of Mineworkers Congress.
Ramaphosa says regulations will still be in place.
He acknowledges that people are tired of lockdowns and want to live normal lives again.
Ramaphosa said, “from a social and economic perspective, we entered this year in position slightly different from the past. This is thanks to management of the pandemic, we are now in a position to end the National state of Disaster soon and put regulations in place to prevent a possibility of a deadly wave that could come.”
“Many of our people are tired of this lockdowns and want their freedom back. This is precisely what the government is working on. So I can say with certainty, the national state of disaster is going to end”
