The report finds that there was a steady decline in the quality and effectiveness of governance from 2012 onwards at the national carrier, SAA.

It found that while Dudu Myeni was the chairperson of the airline’s board and created a climate of fear and intimidation.

The report finds she was underperforming, incompetent, and had a deliberate corrupt intent to dismantle governance.
