Government accepts state capture happened in SA, says President Ramaphosa

The government says it accepts that indeed state capture took place in South Africa.
President Cyril Ramaphosa welcomed the work of the state capture inquiry into those allegations.
Ramaphosa says responding to state capture should be a national effort.
He was outline steps the government is taking to implement the recommendations of the Judicial Commission of Inquiry into State Capture.
