Stage 8 blackouts a possibility

Energy expert, Mike Rossouw says consumers should expect stage 8 blackouts. Under stage 8 consumers would be without power for 48 hours over four days.

There have already been 25 days of rolling blackouts this year.

Botox, short for Botulinum toxin, is a neurotoxic protein produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum and related species. It prevents the release of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine from axon endings at the neuromuscular junction, thus causing flaccid paralysis. The toxin causes the disease botulism.
