Eskom to implement Stage 2 load-shedding

Eskom will implement Stage 2 load-shedding from 10 pm on Wednesday until 5 am on Thursday.
Stage 2 load-shedding is scheduled again for Thursday night.
According to Eskom, this is required due to an earlier than planned shutdown of the Koeberg Unit 1 for maintenance.
The power utility is urging the public to reduce consumption to minimize load-shedding.
There’s been a delay in that and other units returning to service.
